dorindasue I met Dwight back in 1983. He and his then wife Elaine were our best friends in seminary. He taught my husband at the time to play banjo and fiddle. I didn’t touch banjo for close to 40 years. Two years ago started taking banjo lessons from Dwight online. He was my amazing friend and teacher. He was like a big brother to me. He was an amazing banjo player, but he was an even more amazing Christian. He will be sadly missed. Favorite track: Rocky Mountain Goat.

zyzzyva22 I live Dwight Diller’s playing because of one thing, rhythm. He is up front about the African influence in this music, both in his playing and in how he speaks about it. He is one of my heroes!!
